Looks like this will have to be put on hold for a while. But with such aesthetics and named after a verse from the Bible: I have strength for all things through Him who gives me power. Its hard not to like it.

Want light wheelset...simple 105 componants..and as light and stiff a frame as possible.
Dun need to pronounce to ride. All you need is to be able to read the speedo when it says 60...ha. I believe you can afford Ultegra. Good compromise. Could not agree more that Zipp rocks. Had a few second hands on TGP 650/700c
Afraid I can't help you there much. Racer wheels are not my forte. If its about affordability, then your best bet would be getting the whole wheelset rather picking and selecting hubs to spokes and rims. Not familiar with a lot of brands only Zipp, Mavic, American classic. Or if you dun mind, check out the second hands on TGP.

Thinking of a Cannondale Caad 5 frame and ultegra.
