A day out on the harbour

The humidity drops, the air is crisp and fresh after a storm. Its the change in seasons for us. Only 2 to start with, the wet and the dry. You start to notice when you cannot get a table at your favourite restuarant without having to book. The tourist buses seem to be full and there is just generally more people than usual at Woolies. Anyway, it was a good time to get out on the harbour on my ex-bosses catamaran.
Housemate relaxing with a cold beer in hand.

Gerard....I need that type of outing!!! Boat, blue skies, fresh air....

Work is REALLLLLLy damn stressful. There is a lot of pressure for me to finish reporting everything and for someone who just started out, it's really tough. Worst still, my other 1st year counterpart isn't much of a help and takes her time.

Do you know of any meditation DVDs/ methods/ special diet to calm me down?

(And don't say avoid coffee!!!!)

Oh no Cat. Isnt it suppose to get easier!! How come Joel seems so casual? Afraid I dun have much solution. But I started doing yoga. And NO it dosent help. The stress is still there the next day, but you are more calm when you get home.
U're welcome to come up for some R&R anytime. Best time is start of May!

It's apparently only easier AFTER I complete my exams and become a consultant!!! Arrrghhh!!! (but that is the same for any training programme I suppose).

I don't know why Joel is so cruisy. I suspect it's because he actually enjoyes pysch and read up a lot about it and thus doesn't really need to study.

I was thinking about yoga. I feel my heart racing everyday because of work and I'm sure it can't be good for my health. Any DVDs you can recommend?

I dun own the boat Mike, I can only offer you a dinghy ;)
Cat, see if you can find a yoga place. Its the 'zen' of flowing water, scented candles, soft music and valuable instruction that makes it calming.

Cant afford private mooring at the yacht club so I'll have to buy the Hummer as well to tow it.

Good idea on the hummer too...just make sure Thule make racks for them...if not we need a trailer for the bikes.
